Our story begins the way many do with a shared love for Jehovah and a desire to grow closer to Him. Though we didn’t know it then, our paths were already being woven together when we both ended up on the same group trip to Bethel and New York City.

Five years later, in 2023, our paths crossed again—and this time, things were different. We reconnected through mutual friends and spiritual activities. What started as a simple friendship slowly became something more. What began as casual conversations turned into meaningful friendship. As we spent time getting to know each other, we built a bond that only grew stronger. By April of 2024, we officially started dating.

It didn’t take long for us to realize this was something special. Under a starlit sky at the beach, Carlo was the first to say “I love you”—and thankfully, the feeling was mutual.

Through our relationship, we’ve loved discovering how much we have in common—especially our passion for travel. We traveled, talked, and prayed together. We discovered how deeply we valued the same things. On a special family trip to Alaska in May, Carlo proposed!

Carlo loves that Hannah is kind, thoughtful, and humble. Hannah loves Carlo’s gentle confidence, his sense of humor, and the way he brings lightness into every moment—he’s confidently goofy (and she wouldn’t have it any other way).

We’re most excited to start this next chapter—side by side, hand in hand, with hearts full of love and passports in hand. Here’s to a lifetime of adventure, growth, and joy together!
